About Vanessa

Vanessa and her husband of 21 years have two teenage boys together and live in Southern California. They enjoy going to the beach, taking vacations, spending time with family and friends, playing games, having fun and always making time to connect as husband and wife.

Coaching Details

Vanessa’s sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes and can be done via FaceTime or Zoom. Once she gets notification of your session, Vanessa will reach out to set up a day and time to meet. She will also send you a quick questionnaire via email to better understand your situation and what you’re hoping to get out of your time together. Once your session is over, Vanessa will send you a follow up email recapping your session, what she wants you to work on/focus on and what you will need to do before your next session with her.
