• Our 2021 Couples Getaway is Thursday, October 7th – Sunday, October 10th in beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico. The cost is $2800 per couple for 4 days and 3 nights at the all-inclusive Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort.

• While we want this to be an amazing and rewarding experience, we also want to make sure to avoid any surprises or unexpected disappointments. Please read through the following and check each box indicating you agree to the terms and conditions.

• A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. I understand it is our responsibility to get our own passports in time for travel. I also understand we will not receive a refund if we don’t have a valid passport in order to travel (expired, didn’t arrive in time, lost it, etc.).*

• Transportation is provided on October 7, 2021 from the airport to the resort, and on October 10, 2021 from the resort to the airport. If we choose to arrive or leave on a different date, we know we are responsible for our own transportation.*

• Covid requirements are ever-changing and you may be required to take a Covid test at any point of the Getaway (entering Mexico, entering the US, staying at the resort, etc.). If a test is required, you will be responsible for the cost of that test (the resort provides testing on site).*

• If either one of us tests positive while in Cabo and are required to stay longer, we will be responsible for the cost of our own lodging and food outside of the retreat dates.*

• If Marriage365 has to cancel for any reason, all payments you have made, including your $700 deposit, will be refunded.*

• My spouse and I have approval from our employer(s) to travel outside the US from October 7-10, 2021.*

• My spouse and I understand our $700 deposit* is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to the 2022 getaway. (*If we pay the full amount upfront, $700 of that amount is considered our non-refundable deposit).*
