Is there a payment plan available?
A $499 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due when you register.
5 additional payments are due as outlined below:
January 10, 2025 - $550
March 10, 2025 - $550
May 10, 2025 - $550
July 10, 2025 - $550
August 10, 2025 - $550
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Cancel ON OR BEFORE July 31, 2025 - all payments other than the non-refundable deposit are refundable.
- Cancel ON OR AFTER August 1, 2025 - no payments are refundable.
Are airfare and transportation included?
Airfare and transportation are not included in the price of the retreat. Please note that there are several restaurants, stores, and entertainment options all walking distance from the hotel.
What are the nearest airports?
- John Wayne Airport (SNA) Located about 10 miles away, this is the closest major airport to the Irvine Spectrum area.
- Long Beach Airport (LGB) Approximately 26 miles from the Irvine Spectrum Marriott.
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Roughly 45 miles away, LAX is a larger airport with more international flights.
- Ontario International Airport (ONT) Located around 50 miles away, ONT is another option for travelers.
What’s included in the price of the retreat?
The retreat price includes your stay at the Irvine Spectrum Marriott, all sessions with Casey & Meygan, and most of your meals. You’ll just need to cover your airfare and transportation, any additional personal expenses, and some meals not included in the package.
Can we get a refund if we need to cancel?
- The $499 deposits is non-refundable
- Cancel ON OR BEFORE July 31, 2025: all payments other than the deposit are refundable.
- Cancel ON OR AFTER August 1, 2025: no payments are refundable.
Who should attend this couples retreat?
This is perfect for couples who want to connect on a deeper level, have fun, make memories, and meet other like-minded couples!
*Please note that this retreat is not geared for couples in crisis or who are separated
What topics will be covered?
Topics include communication skills, conflict resolution, intimacy, trust-building, and techniques to help you connect on a deeper level.
What will we do at the retreat?
A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the retreat, but generally, the days will include a mix of structured sessions, free time, meals and a lot of fun.
What if we want to stay additional nights at the hotel?
The weather is beautiful in Orange County in October so you just might want to stay a few extra nights. You can contact the hotel to extend your reservation before and after the retreat.
Can we attend if we’re not married?
The retreat is open to all couples, regardless of marital status. But please note that most couples will be married.
Can we bring our kids?
A couples retreat is an opportunity for you and your spouse to have uninterrupted quality time together. This is your time to invest back in your marriage. Sorry, no kids allowed!
What if registration is full? Do you have a waitlist?
We will have a waitlist once registration is full. In the event of a cancellation we will work off of the waitlist and notify you via email that there is an opening.
Will the retreat be recorded or live streamed?
No, we will not be recording or live streaming the retreat.
