About Matt

Matt has been married for 23 years and lives in Lexington, Kentucky with their three amazing teenagers. They love to travel, eat great food, kayak, and play at the lake during the summer. When Matt is asked to speak somewhere, his number one choice for what to bring on any road trip is his wife.

Coaching Details

Matt’s sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes and can be done via FaceTime or Zoom. Once he gets notification of your session, Matt will reach out to set up a day and time to meet. He will also send you a quick questionnaire via email to better understand your situation and what you’re hoping to get out of your time together. Once your session is over, Matt will send you a follow up email recapping your session, what he wants you to work on/focus on and what you will need to do before your next session with him.
