Hi I’m Anna! I am from the great white north, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am a science nerd, nutritionist, and personal trainer. I work full time in the field of Diabetes and I am the Creator of The Fat Brain Fix which is a mind-body transformation program for women. My husband and I have been blessed with two beautiful children after many years of struggling with fertility issues. We love to travel and spend time outdoors at the lake or the beach (in the summer of course!).
