Our 4-week online course will give you the action steps to take that will help you find healing for yourself and give you clarity with what you need to do for your marriage moving forward.

  • My spouse refuses to get help and I feel stuck!
  • I think we’re heading towards divorce and I’m not sure what I do next.
  • When do you know if it’s too late?
  • When is it time to give up and let go?

No one gets married thinking, “One day we’ll end up disconnected, lonely and divorced” yet that’s what happens to many marriages. You’re most likely feeling angry, confused, insecure, or maybe even indifferent towards your spouse. All of this can leave you feeling overwhelmed and not knowing what to do next. Our 4-week online course will give you the action steps to take that will help you find healing for yourself and give you clarity with what you need to do for your marriage moving forward.

Every week, you’ll receive a video where Casey and Meygan will teach and model how to engage your marriage in a healthy way. Each video includes a worksheet (PDF) with Connecting Questions and action plans to practically put what you learn into action. You can download and/or print out the PDF.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

Week 1: Identifying the toxic behaviors in your marriage is the first step in understanding why your marriage is struggling. It’s also the first step in creating healthy boundaries moving forward.

Week 2: If your spouse is unwilling to join you in your path towards repair, you need to know how to escalate your pleas for help in a healthy way. We’ll model how to have those conversations in a way that won’t raise defenses.

Week 3: No matter the state of your marriage, you must own your part and give a sincere apology. Our 4 steps to a proper apology will help lower defenses that can lead to healing.

Week 4: The greatest act of self care is our choice to live in forgiveness. Learn how to free yourself from the pain of the past and experience joy that can build a healthy future for yourself, regardless if your spouse doesn’t change.
